I cannot rave about Soi Bistro enough. It's my go-to sushi place in the area. Food is always consistent. I've never had a bad roll, they use the best ginger dressing for the salad, and the bao buns are perfectly soft & fluffy.
It's clean, well-staffed, and the playlist always hits.
Only suggestion is to bring a jacket-- it's cold! -

This is one of our favorite places. Udon soup, tempura veggies, and sushi is always delicious. And the staff is very friendly.

Katsu Curry and Pork Gyoza was incredibly good. Hard to find a good Japanese curry in this area but they are about as close as you can get. Gyoza was perfectly fried and tasty. Teriyaki was smokey and nice sweet flavors. Worth a shot. Will try more.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner on a recent trip to the area at Soi Bistro.
We stopped by on a Saturday evening and were happily able to be seated straight away (though those that came it a bit later were faced with a wait--it filled up quickly!).
We started off with bowls of miso soup, which was comforting and warmly flavorful on the rainy evening we stopped by. -

I'm from CA and I know good sushi. This place is SO good. Best Sushi for many miles. Atmosphere is cozy yet lively inside too! Get the Good Life or Jonesin.

First time visiting Soi. Extensive menu - makes choices a challenge but finally our group decided. Had several items that were fresh and delicious. Yakisoba, ginger salad, egg rolls, shrimp tempura, and several rolls - Kracken, salmon Belly, Half Baked and Bombastic and some Nigiri surf clam, octopus and conch. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend and prices competitive. Enjoy !
